Haverfordwest County will secure a Play-Off spot if:
- They win or draw against Llanelli Town
- Briton Ferry Llansawel fail to win against Bala Town
Briton Ferry Llansawel will secure a Play-Off spot if:
- They win against Bala Town AND Haverfordwest County lose against Llanelli Town
Bala Town will be relegated/Flint Town United will survive if:
- Bala Town fail to win against Briton Ferry Llansawel
- Flint Town United win against Cardiff Met
Flint Town United will be relegated/Bala Town will survive if:
- Flint Town United fail to win against Cardiff Met AND Bala Town win against Briton Ferry Llansawel
JD Cymru South
Trefelin will win the title if:
- They win against Newport City
- They draw against Newport City AND Cambrian United fail to win by at least eight goals
- Cambrian United fail to win against Llantwit Major
Cambrian United will win the title if:
- They win against Llantwit Major AND Trefelin lose against Newport City
- They win against Llantwit Major by at least eight goals AND Trefelin draw against Newport City
Ammanford will secure promotion if:
- They win against Cwmbran Celtic
- They draw against Cwmbran Celtic AND Caerau Ely fail to win against Pontypridd United
- Caerau Ely lose against Pontypridd United
Caerau Ely will secure promotion if:
- They win against Pontypridd United AND Ammanford fail to win against Cwmbran Celtic
- They draw against Pontypridd United AND Ammanford lose to Cwmbran Celtic
