2025/26 JD Cymru Leagues award winners

The 2026 FAW National League Awards in association with Morgans Consult took place in Cardiff on Saturday night, with players and managers recognised across the JD Cymru Leagues. 

Find out the winners below, decided by a public vote combined with an independent panel.


JD Cymru Premier Player of the SeasonJordan Williams (The New Saints)

It has been another impressive season for one of the stand-out players in the JD Cymru Premier as the 33-year-old scored 26 league goals to claim the Golden Boot. Williams has been a pivotal figure for The New Saints since his arrival in 2021 and continues to deliver for the champions.

JD Cymru Premier Manager of the SeasonJohn Disney (Connah’s Quay Nomads)

It proved to be a very successful first season in charge for John Disney as the former defender guided the Nomads back into Europe by finishing second in the JD Cymru Premier table. Still only 33, Disney has spent over a decade at the club and has made a seamless transition into management.

JD Cymru Premier Young Player of the SeasonIeuan Owen (Barry Town United)

The teenager hit double figures for Barry Town United this season with 11 goals. Involved in every league match of the campaign, Owen also made headlines in the Nathaniel MG Cup Final by scoring both goals in the 2-0 victory over The New Saints.


JD Cymru North Player of the Season – Jamie Breese (Holywell Town)

The 34-year-old was a crucial part of Holywell Town earning promotion to the JD Cymru Premier as he delivered 24 goals and 14 assists in a superb campaign for Breese individually and for his team. The striker ends the season with the division’s golden boot.

JD Cymru North Manager of the Season – Jordan Hadaway (Llandudno)

The incredible coaching journey of Jordan Hadaway received national attention this month as the 24-year-old guided Llandudno to the JD Cymru North title with a five-point lead over nearest challengers Airbus UK Broughton. He is expected to be the youngest top division manager in Europe next season.

JD Cymru North Young Player of the Season – Connor Owen (Holyhead Hotspur)

An excellent season has made Connor Owen the stand-out player for Holyhead Hotspur as the 21-year-old scored 17 goals following his arrival last summer from Gwalchmai. Owen brought the campaign to a close with his second hat-trick of the season in the 5-1 win over Buckley Town.


JD Cymru South Player of the Season – Liam Eason (Cambrian United)

A striker who is no stranger to success in the JD Cymru South, Eason continued his excellent form in front of goal following his return to Cambrian United. His 19 goals and 14 assists helped seal the runners-up position for his club who can now look forward to their first season in the top division.

JD Cymru South Manager of the Season – Andy Hill (Trefelin)

Trefelin claimed the JD Cymru South title with the best attacking and defensive record and head into the JD Cymru Premier with plenty of confidence and belief. Manager Andy Hill has developed the perfect mix of youth and experience in his squad, and they consistently delivered throughout the campaign – winning 20 of their final 21 games and going unbeaten away from home across the season.

JD Cymru South Young Player of the Season – Dan John (Ammanford)

The fact that Dan John was also nominated for the main Player of the Season award is testament to the quality and talent of the 20-year-old striker. A pivotal player for Ammanford in a season that saw the club finally earn promotion to the JD Cymru Premier.
