
The shortlist for February’s Player and Manager of the Month awards in the JD Cymru Leagues has been confirmed.
The fans’ vote will be combined with a league and independent voting panel to determine the winners.

Manager of the Month
Richard Davies – Caernarfon Town
February was headlined for Caernarfon Town with a 3-2 victory over Penybont as Richard Davies’s side bounced back from a narrow 1-0 defeat to league leaders The New Saints. The month began with a credible 1-1 draw against Haverfordwest County as the Cofis remain in fourth place heading into March.

Lee Fowler – Flint Town United
Victories over Briton Ferry Llansawel and Aberystwyth Town have eased relegation fears for Lee Fowler and his squad after the month started with a defeat to Barry Town United. The side reacted with six points from six in their last two games, scoring five goals in the process.
Craig Harrison – The New Saints
It was a perfect February for the champions as The New Saints claimed maximum points with victories over Cardiff Met, Penybont, Caernarfon Town and Bala Town to extend their lead at the top of the table. Craig Harrison’s side scored nine goals and conceded just one.
Player of the Month
Danny Davies – The New Saints
Not only did the 29-year old play every minute of every league game for The New Saints during the month, but Davies also scored two goals in those four fixtures as he found the back of the net in the 3-1 win over Cardiff Met and the convincing 4-0 victory over Penybont.
Ben Nash – Connah’s Quay Nomads
Another ever-present player for his club in February, Ben Nash has been a key player for the Nomads this season as the side claimed six points from a possible nine during the last month with clean sheet victories over Newtown and Barry Town United.
Luke Tabone – Haverfordwest County
Haverfordwest County enjoyed an undefeated month and conceded just one goal across those three games, with Luke Tabone playing an important role in that return. The side head into March just three points behind second place Penybont, a team they held to a 0-0 draw at the start of February.

Adam Wilson – The New Saints
With two goals and two assists during the month, Adam Wilson helped ensure that The New Saints remain on course for the league title as they claimed 12 points from their four games. Wilson was on target in the victories over Cardiff Met and Caernarfon Town and provided two assists against Penybont.
JD Cymru North
Manager of the Month
Eddie Maurice-Jones – Gresford Athletic
February was a very positive month for Gresford Athletic as the side claimed three wins from three in the JD Cymru North. Eddie Maurice-Jones’ side scored an impressive eight goals with victories over Holywell Town, Llay Welfare and Bangor 1876.
Aden Shannon – Flint Mountain
Undefeated in five league games, Aden Shannon’s Flint Mountain side claimed 11 points in the process as 1-1 draws with Guilsfield and Ruthin Town were followed by victories over Denbigh Town and Mold Alexandra before Bangor 1876 were comprehensively beaten 4-0 at the Essity Stadium.

Michael Wilde – Colwyn Bay
Another undefeated month for Colwyn Bay began with a 1-1 draw away to title rivals Airbus UK Broughton before Caersws and Guilsfield were defeated 2-1 and 3-2 respectively. Michael Wilde’s side now have a four-point lead at the top of the table.
Player of the Month
Sol Forde – Colwyn Bay
Ever-present for Colwyn Bay during February, Sol Forde scored in the victories over Caersws and Guilsfield to help maintain their title challenge. The teenager has five goals for the season.
Ryan Kershaw – Flint Mountain
Having featured in four of Flint Mountain’s five games during the month of February, Ryan Kershaw has proved to be a key provider for his side by registering four assists.

Haci Ozlu – Gresford Athletic
Featuring in all three games as Gresford Athletic claimed maximum points during February, Haci Ozlu had an eventful match in the 3-1 win over Llay Welfare has he scored twice but was denied a hat-trick by missing an injury-time penalty. The 23-year old has four goals for the season.
Jack Parry – Flint Mountain
Teenager Jack Parry enjoyed a superb month for Flint Mountain as he registered five goals in four games, including two in the 3-0 win over Mold Alexandra. His contribution played a big part in the side remaining undefeated throughout February.
JD Cymru South
Manager of the Month
Andy Hill – Trefelin
Trefelin enjoyed an undefeated month and claimed 10 points from a possible 12 and scored 11 goals. Andy Hill’s side have not lost a match since November and will look to continue their excellent form for the remainder of the campaign as they now sit just seven points off top spot.

Ben Stait – Llantwit Major
A perfect February for Llantwit Major in the JD Cymru South as Ben Stait’s side claimed 4-2 victories over both Caerau Ely and Penrhiwceiber Rangers before defeating Cwmbran Celtic 2-1. The Major have now avoided defeat since losing to league leaders Llanelli in mid-January.
Andy Whittington – Pontypridd United
Pontypridd United also enjoyed a perfect month as victories over Caerau Ely, Ammanford and Penrhiwceiber Rangers keep Andy Whittington’s team in third place. The side also scored eight goals in three games during February as their title push was reignited.
Player of the Month
Ioan Emanuel – Llantwit Major
The 34-year old proved to be the difference for Llantwit Major in February as he scored the last two goals in the 4-2 win over Penrhiwceiber Rangers before grabbing the winner in the 2-1 victory over Cwmbran Celtic a week later. Emanuel also played every minute of all three games during the month.
Matty Kimmins – Llantwit Major
Another key and ever-present player for Llantwit Major during their impressive month, Matty Kimmins scored in all three games and also provided two assists in the 4-2 win over Caerau Ely. Kimmins now has nine league goals for the season.
Andrew Larcombe – Cwmbran Celtic
The captain lead by example for Cwmbran Celtic in February with three goals and two assists to help ease their relegation worries. Larcombe crucially scored both goals for his side in the 2-2 draw with fellow strugglers Taffs Well.

Lee Trundle – Trefelin
Six goals in four games prove once again that age remains just a number for the evergreen Lee Trundle. Now 48, the veteran striker scored twice in victories over Penrhiwceiber Rangers and Cambrian United to add to his goals against title-chasing Trethomas Bluebirds and Goytre United. He now has 18 for the season.
