REVEALED: 2024/25 Genero Adran North Team of the Season

The 2024/25 Genero Adran North Team of the Season has been announced ahead of the FAW National League Awards on Saturday 7 June.

Representatives from across the league were invited to select a best XI, before all submissions were compiled into the Team of the Season.

The club that are represented the most in the team are the champions the Connah’s Quay Nomads who have four players included. Llanfair United have three included, whilst there is also representation from Flint Town United, Rhyl 1879 and Felinheli.

GK – Molly France (Connah’s Quay Nomads)

The 18-year-old goalkeeper featured in nine of the Nomads’ 14 league fixtures, keeping five clean sheets.

RB – Taylia Chaloner (Flint Town United)

The 26-year-old was ever present in the league for Flint Town United during the 2024/25 season, as the Silkwomen held their own in their first campaign in the Genero Adran South.

CB – Mary Bailey (Llanfair United)

The 27-year-old missed just one of Llanfair’s 14 league matches. She helped guide Lucie Gwillt’s side to a second-placed finish, possessing the third best defence record in the league.

The experience of Evie Chard was a key reason why Connah’s Quay won all 14 matches

CB – Evie Chard (Connah’s Quay Nomads)

Connah’s Quay ended up conceding only six goals in 14 games, winning all 14 matches. Chard was a commanding presence in the Nomads backline and missed only one league match. The 23-year-old as well as keeping nine clean sheets, scored twice and assisted once.

LB – Rosie O’Brien (Rhyl 1879)

The 24-year-old was ever present for the Lilywhites in the 2024/25 league season. Her main task was to keep the goals out but O’Brien also chipped in with three goals.

CM – Polly Wild-McGregor (Connah’s Quay Nomads)

Nominated for both the Player of the Season and the Young Player of the Season. The midfielder won the Golden Boot scoring 21 goals from midfield, captaining her side to the league title at just 19 years old.

CM – Jenna Tugwell-Allsup (Felinheli)

One of the more experienced players in the league, Tugwell-Allsup was a key player in the centre of the park for Felinheli who earned a third-placed finish. She ended up with five goals and five assists.

CM – Paris Schofield (Llanfair United)

Made the move to the Mid-Wales club after leaving Shrewsbury Town last summer. The 19-year-old got seven goals and five assists in her debut campaign.

RW – Kelsey Davies (Llandudno)

Despite Llandudno dropping a few places from the 2023/24 campaign, Davies still delivered an individual campaign she can be proud of. Davies had a record of 14 goals and six assists, making her one of the most creative players in the division.

ST – Harriet Davies (Llanfair United)

Davies netted 14 goals in 12 matches, playing a pivotal role in the Powys side finishing second.

LW – Ella Jones (Connah’s Quay Nomads)

The 20-year-old had a combined 24 goal contributions in an ever-present campaign. Jones netted 14 goals and had 10 assists in the regular season, as well as getting an assist in the Play-Off final.
