Bangor City Stadium to host 2025/26 Genero Adran Trophy Final

Bangor City Stadium will host the 2025/26 Genero Adran Trophy Final between Wrexham and Cardiff City on Sunday 22 February 2026 (KO 17:00).

It will be the first time that the stadium has hosted the final of the Genero Adran Trophy, but it has been the venue for three previous men’s Welsh Cup finals and will also be one of the stadia in use at this summer’s men’s UEFA European Under-19 Championship.

Wrexham booked their place in the Genero Adran Trophy final for the first time with an emphatic 6-0 semi-final win over Briton Ferry Llansawel, as Faye Knox scored a hat-trick. Meanwhile, Cardiff City – who won the competition in 2024 – triumphed 3-0 away at holders The New Saints to reach the final.

The two sides are currently separated by just one point in the Genero Adran Premier table, with Cardiff sitting top of the standings and Wrexham chasing them down in a thrilling title race.

The Genero Adran Trophy Final will be broadcast live on S4C, BBC iPlayer, S4C Clic and YouTube, while ticket details will be announced in due course.
