Cascade earned their first Genero Adran South victory of the season with a 2-0 win over Llanelli Town at the CCB Centre on Sunday evening.
Both goals arrived in the first half after Ellis Lunn and Anny Lewis fired past Bethan Ellis, who joined Llanelli from Cascade in the summer. Cascade are still bottom of the table, but are now just one point behind Llanelli with a game in hand.
Carmarthen Town moved level on points with leaders Cardiff Met with a 2-0 win away against Taffs Well at Rhiw Dda’r.
It was a nightmare start for Taffs Well as goalkeeper Chrissy Kedley was shown a straight red card after just 10 minutes played.
Carmarthen eventually took full advantage with two quickfire goals late in the first half as Aimee Heath latched onto Casi Jones’ through ball and slotted home before Summer Evans produced a clinical effort from the edge of the area for her third goal of the campaign. A goalless second half saw the visitors claim their first clean sheet away from home this season.

Second-place Pure Swansea also join Carmarthen and Cardiff Met on 15 points after they triumphed 3-1 over Penybont at the DragonBet Stadium.
The Swans took the lead seven minutes before half-time as teenager Annabel Stokes scored for the third consecutive away league game. Captain Charley Haynes and Kalena Walters-Wright then both scored within the space of 11 minutes in the second half to put the visitors in control.
Bont pulled a goal back late on thanks to substitute Carys Minton, but her finish only proved to be a consolation as the Swans claimed their fifth league win of the season.
