Llanfair United climbed to second in the Genero Adran North table after Tania Wylde’s four-goal haul inspired an emphatic 5-1 win over Flint Town United at Mount Field.
Flint forward Rosie Hughes scored her third goal in as many games to put the visitors ahead inside just two minutes, but Llanfair equalised shortly before half-time thanks to Wylde’s first goal of the afternoon.
Lucie Gwilt’s side took firm control of the contest after the restart as Sophie Cook and Wylde found the net to open up a two-goal cushion. Wylde completed her hat-trick in the 67th minute before rounding off the scoring late in the day.
Llanfair are six points behind leaders Connah’s Quay Nomads after five games played, while Flint drop down to third in the table as their winless run stretches to four matches in all competitions.

Menna Evans cancelled out Kelsey Davies’ opener as Bangor and Llandudno shared the points in a 1-1 draw at Treborth.
Bangor started brightly and forced Meg Robinson into some key saves, but it was in fact Llandudno who went into half-time ahead as Davies scored her first league goal of the season in the 38th minute.
However, Bangor eventually found a way beyond Robinson as star teenager Evans fired home the equaliser to rescue a point. Both sides remain on five points in the table, two points clear of bottom side Berriew.
