The FAW National Leagues Board have confirmed Cambrian United Women as the wildcard club in the 2024/25 Genero Adran Trophy.
Following Pontardawe Town Ladies’ withdrawal from the Genero Adran South and Genero Adran Trophy, South Wales-based clubs from outside of the Genero Adran Leagues were invited to apply for a wildcard position in the latter competition.
Cambrian United finished second in the SWWGL Division 1 last season will make their debut in the SWWGL Combined (third tier) in the 2024/25 campaign.
They will assume Pontardawe Town’s fixture schedule in Group 4 of the Genero Adran Trophy, beginning with a home match against Pontypridd United on Sunday 1 September.
