A full Genero Adran Leagues schedule awaits this Sunday for the first time this season. Here are the key games to keep an eye on.
Genero Adran Premier – The New Saints vs Briton Ferry Llansawel (Sunday, 2pm)
The New Saints returned to the top of the Genero Adran Premier in dramatic style last weekend, and now they look to continue their perfect record against Briton Ferry Llansawel at Park Hall on Sunday.
Saints trailed Wrexham by goal-difference heading into their meeting with the reigning champions last Sunday and it seemed both sides would be sharing the points as the clock ticked into the fourth minute of stoppage time, but up popped Fiona Barry with a late goal for the second consecutive weekend to give Saints a memorable 3-2 win.
Following the match, TNS boss Kieran Lee-Birch said the result was probably his ‘’best highlight in football’’ so far as his side opened up a three-goal lead at the top of the table. Barry is the current Genero Adran Premier top scorer with nine goals and she has found the net in all five games so far.

Briton Ferry will also be in high spirits ahead of their trip to Oswestry after 15-year-old Maizie Stiens and 16-year-old Freya Peyton both bagged hat-tricks in a convincing 7-1 victory over Aberystwyth Town last weekend to give the Reds their first home win of the season. Ferry are unbeaten in three out of their first five games, with their only two losses coming against Cardiff City and Wrexham, so Mark Murison’s side know they are more than capable of causing an upset at Park Hall.
Ferry earned a 3-1 win in their first meeting with TNS in September last season, but Saints got their revenge in November as they came from behind twice to claim a 3-2 victory.
Genero Adran North – Connah’s Quay Nomads vs Wrexham Foresters (Sunday, 2pm)
Reigning Genero Adran North champions Connah’s Quay Nomads begin their new campaign against newly-promoted Wrexham Foresters at Deeside Stadium on Sunday.
Connah’s Quay are once again hot favourites to win the Genero Adran North having lifted back-to-back league titles. The Nomads have missed out on promotion to the top-flight in two agonizing play-off final defeats though, so will be hoping it can be third time lucky under new manager Andy Griffiths, whoa perfect start to life in the dugout with two victories in the Genero Adran Trophy.
The Nomads have made some statement signings ahead of their new league campaign, most notably the Genero Adran North all-time top scorer Rosie Hughes, who joined the club following the expiry of her Wrexham contract and scored on her debut in a 3-0 win over Berriew in the Genero Adran Trophy. Renee Day brings more top-flight experience, while youngsters Tillie Ashworth, Sienna Perry, Non Williams and Seren Cashen are exciting prospects.

Wrexham Foresters were victorious on their Genero Adran North debut as they beat Berriew 3-0 in the only league fixture played on the opening weekend before achieving the exact same scoreline agaisnt the same opposition last Sunday to progress in the Genero Adran Trophy. Just like Connah’s Quay Nomads, the Foresters went unbeaten in their entire league season in 2025/26, winning 17 out of their 18 games in the third tier on their way to promotion, including a staggering 162 goals scored during that time.
Both sides have already met this season as the Nomads produced a second half blitz to triumph 5-1 away to the Foresters in the Genero Adran Trophy group stage. Williams scored twice, while Phoebe Ellis, Hannah Slack and Anna Marsh were also on the scoresheet.
Genero Adran South – Cascade vs Llanrumney United (Sunday, 2pm)
Newly-promoted Llanrumney United are on the road for their first ever Genero Adran South fixture as they travel to Cascade, who will be looking to build on their impressive opening result at the CCB Centre on Sunday.
Llanrumney, who have former Cardiff City trio Catherine Walsh, Siobhan Walsh and Zoe Atkins amongst their coaching staff, were promoted to the Genero Adran South after winning the SWWGL last season, winning 17 out of their 18 games along the way. Llanrumney were eliminated from the Genero Adran Trophy following a narrow 1-0 loss to Cambrian United last weekend, but the Stags have had joy in the Bute Energy Welsh Cup after beating Thornhill 9-0 a fortnight ago.

Cascade remain unbeaten in the Genero Adran South in 2026 and they were convincing winners on the opening day as Nicole Fenton’s hat-trick inspired a rampant 9-2 victory away to Pontypridd United – the club’s biggest league win since March 2024. It was Ellis Lunn’s turn to be a hat-trick hero last weekend as her treble helped Kellan Webb’s side secure a 5-1 victory away to Penybont in the Genero Adran Trophy, which confirmed Cascade’s progression into the last 16 in that competition. Lunn was Cascade’s top scorer in the league last season and she currently has seven goals in her last three games.
The only previous meeting between Cascade and Llanrumney came in March 2025, where current Cascade captain Annaliese Lewis scored a dramatic stoppage time winner in a 3-2 victory in the SWFA Cup.
