Cheryl Foster will lead the all-woman match officials team in the 2025 Genero Adran Trophy Final between Swansea City and The New Saints.
Referee Foster will be assisted by Ceri Williams and Michelle Portelli, while Charlotte Carpenter is Fourth Official – completing the same team that officiated the 2024 Bute Energy Welsh Cup Final.
A legendary former Cymru international player in her own right, Foster is one of the most successful Welsh match officials of all time, having refereed the UEFA Women’s Champions League Final and the FIFA Women’s World Cup Third V Fourth Place Play Off. In 2018, she became the first woman ever to referee in the JD Cymru Premier.
Williams made history last season when she became the first woman ever to officiate in a men’s JD Welsh Cup Final, while later in 2024 she was selected as an Assistant Referee for the FIFA Women’s U17 World Cup.
Portelli, who returns to the Genero Adran Trophy Final having been Assistant Referee in the 2023 showpiece, also earned herself international recognition with her selection as a FIFA match official in January 2024.
Carpenter was alongside Portelli as the Referee for the Genero Adran Trophy Final two years ago and has been a regular in the Genero Adran Premier this season. She became the first woman from Wales to become an International Referee in 2016.
