Kelly currently holds the position of ‘UK & European Senior Director of Everyone a Changemaker’ – a member of the Global Leadership Team at Ashoka, the world’s largest network of social entrepreneurs which supports the founders of the most innovative and impactful organisations in the World.  

Prior to this, Kelly was the Co-Founder at ‘The Good Wash Company’ which was named ‘Welsh Start Up of the Year’. Following her successful exit of the company, she was named Great British Entrepreneur of the year. Kelly was previously Founder and CEO of a multi-national award-winning social enterprise, Vi-Ability Educational Programme which educated disengaged young people in how to run sustainable community football clubs and associated facilities.

A former Welsh international and professional female footballer having played for both Arsenal and Liverpool, Kelly was also a Trustee Director of the FAW Trust for over eight years. Recently, she was a member of the group that was commissioned to lead the independent FAW review ‘A Sustainable Association For the Future’, making 80 recommendations to the board and develop the FAW’s Sustainability Strategy – ‘Cymru, Well-being and the World.’

Will is a former butcher from Machynlleth having run a successful business for over 45 years until his retirement in 2021.  A prominent member of his local community, he has served on local council, as Mayor from 1999-2000 and Rotary Club President 2000-2002. 

Having been involved in football for over 50 years as a player, manager and administrator he now serves as Chair of Machynlleth Hurricanes, Chair of Central Wales FA, Chair of Ardal Tier 3 Northern Leagues and Vice-President of the FAW.

Annaliese’s passion for sport has led her into her career working with Clubs & organisations across Wales, helping with grant funding and support. 

A current member of the Investment team in Sport Wales, Annaliese works closely with National Governing Bodies and Local Authorities, ensuring clubs can access the funding they need and help grow all aspects of sport across Wales.

Annaliese has recently been appointed to the FAW Council representing the Adran South and still plays football herself in the Adran Leagues, alongside coaching in her club Cascade YC. 

Helen has over 20 years’ experience as a non-executive director. Her public appointments have included Chair of the Wales Regulatory Board and Careers Wales. She has also served as a Board Member of Wales Council for Voluntary Action, TEC Systems and various housing associations in both England and Wales. Helen is Chief Executive of Taff Housing providing both housing and support to over 5,000 people across South Wales. She is also a Board Member of TPAS Wales.

Helen supports Liverpool FC and enjoys paddle boarding, cold water swimming and watching her boys play football and rugby.

Hannah has over 20 years’ experience in the football industry working with County Football Associations, the National Governing Body and Charitable sector to develop and deliver capital football projects in rural and urban community settings. She is currently Senior Facilities Manager in the Barclays Women’s Super League.

She has secured over £100 million investment in a range of football facilities across the country including delivering the first Football hubs in London and Southampton. Hannah has been a fan of football since the 1987 FA cup final and has supported Coventry City ever since. She has played various formats of the game before hanging up her boots and has worked as a coach and tutor at school, club, University and County level.

Lee has over 20 years experience running his own successful business as a professional driving instructor. He previously worked for Envico Engineering Ltd in Swansea supplying modified GRP housing for electricity companies throughout the world.

A former referee, Lee is currently Referees Officer for the Ardal Southern Leagues and is also a member of the FAW Council. He is a Swansea City supporter and watches games on a regular basis for over 40 years.

Richard started his working career as a news journalist on the Daily Post and Liverpool Echo and went on to edit the Wrexham Evening Leader and South Wales Echo. He then moved into the charity sector, first as Director for RNID, the hearing loss charity, and then as current CEO for Community Foundation Wales, the charity that generates philanthropy to support community needs in Wales. He is also a Trustee of the Bevan Foundation.

Richard is a season ticket holder at Wrexham and watches Wales home and away. He still plays 5 a side football on a weekly basis at the Gol Centre in Cardiff with a group of friends.

Wyn has been an FAW Council member since May 2021 and has also been a Finance Manager at the Farmers Union of Wales for 28 years.

He became chairman of Bow Street FC in 2004 and has seen the club progress into the Tier 3 Ardal North East League. Wyn is also a Club Representative on the Executive Committee of Ardal North East League since 2021.

Wyn is also currently Chairman of the Aberystwyth and District League and has been an Executive Committee member for 18 years.
