2024/25 JD Cymru North awards
Player of the Season

Sam Hart – Colwyn Bay
The captain has been a vital part of Colwyn Bay’s success this season and proved to be a natural leader in taking the side back to the JD Cymru Premier just one season after their relegation from the top-flight. In 25 league games, Hart helped the Seagulls keep 13 clean sheets and registered 10 assists.
George Peers – Airbus UK Broughton
The 24-year old scored an impressive 21 goals in 26 games in the JD Cymru North this season as Airbus UK Broughton finished as runners-up. Peers scored three hat-tricks during the course of the league campaign, including a superb four-goal haul in the 8-3 win over last season’s champions Holywell Town back in October.
Danny Warren – Airbus UK Broughton
The Golden Boot winner for the JD Cymru North, Danny Warren enjoyed an excellent debut season at Airbus after signing from Mold Alexandra last summer. The 30-year-old scored 24 goals in 27 league games and also contributed 11 assists as the Wingmakers narrowly missed out on the league title.
Manager of the Season

Mark Allen – Airbus UK Broughton
Despite missing out on the league title, Airbus UK Broughton enjoyed an incredible JD Cymru North campaign, finishing just three points behind champions Colwyn Bay, but a massive 21 points ahead of third-place Holywell Town. Mark Allen’s team scored 102 goals in the process and will have their sights firmly set on promotion next year.
Jordan Hadaway – Llandudno
Llandudno were languishing towards the bottom of the table in the early months of the campaign, but turned their season around in style to claim an impressive fourth-place finish. A run of seven wins from eight games in December and January was particularly impressive, as Jordan Hadaway’s stock continues to rise at just 23 years old.
Michael Wilde – Colwyn Bay
A 4-0 home defeat to Bangor 1876 on the opening day of the season may have led Michael Wilde to question if he was cut out for management, but his Colwyn Bay side were not beaten in the league after that as they stormed to the league title with 81 points to secure an immediate return to the JD Cymru Premier.
Young Player of the Season

Kaiden Cooke – Airbus UK Broughton
The teenager scored seven goals in 28 JD Cymru North games for Airbus UK Broughton during the season and established himself as an important part of Mark Allen’s side. Still only 18, Cooke will no doubt have a key role to play in their title challenge next season.
Owen Davies – Denbigh Town
The 20-year old scored an impressive 16 goals in 30 JD Cymru North this season, including six in the final nine games of the campaign. Davies also contributed seven assists and played an important part in Denbigh Town being one of the top scoring teams in the division.
Sol Forde – Colwyn Bay
Despite still being just 19 years old, Sol Forde played a vital role in Colwyn Bay’s title-winning season as he was part of a defence which kept 13 clean sheets and he also scored five goals himself. Forde will now look to make a similar impression in the JD Cymru Premier next season following the Seagulls’ return to the top-flight.
