The North East Wales Veterans League provides competitive football opportunities for experienced players across the region, ensuring that participation in the game can continue well beyond traditional senior football.

The league features Division One and Division Two competitions, alongside a dedicated Over-40s division, offering players of varying ages and abilities the chance to remain active, competitive and connected to the local football community.

Affiliated to the North East Wales Football Association, the league promotes enjoyable, inclusive and well-organised football while maintaining the values of respect, sportsmanship and player welfare.

Supported by clubs, volunteers, referees and league officials, the North East Wales Veterans League plays an important role in sustaining lifelong involvement in football and strengthening grassroots communities across North East Wales
