Cardiff City win Genero Adran South U19

Cardiff City got their hands back on the Genero Adran South U19 title on Friday night following a 4-1 win away at North Cardiff Cosmos.

The Bluebirds won the division in 2021/22 and 2022/23 before losing out to Barry Town United last season, but are now back on top after a stellar campaign.

Tom Stiley’s side won 15 of their 20 league matches, scoring 76 goals and conceding a league-low 23, to pip second-place Pontypridd United to the title by just one point.

The goals have been evenly spread across the squad, with Seren Thomas-Condon – who made her first Genero Adran Premier start last weekend – top scoring with eight. Paige Parsons has been a key creator with 11 assists.

Cardiff will now compete against the champions of the Genero Adran North U19 for the Under-19 national title on Sunday 20 April (full details TBC).
