Pontypridd United missed the chance to go top of the Genero Adran South after falling to a 1-0 defeat to Swansea University at USW Sports Park on Sunday.
The game appeared to be heading towards a goalless draw, but an own goal from Ponty goalkeeper Eleanor Brook in the 84th minute meant it was the visitors who took home all three points.
Dan Sheehan’s side have now moved level with the Dragons on 12 points, three behind league leaders Cwmbran Celtic.
Cascade also moved on 12 points after last season’s runners-up secured a 2-1 victory over Llanelli Town at the CCB Centre.
Nicole Williams scored her first ever goal in the Genero Adran South to give Llanelli the breakthrough on 22 minutes, but it would be Cascade who went into half-time ahead as Vicky Burrows scored twice within the space of eight minutes from close range to complete the turnaround.

Llanelli pushed for an equaliser in the second half, but Cascade were able to see off the threat to pick up a third consecutive league win. Defeat for the Reds leaves them bottom-of-the-table and still without a point to their name.
Penybont secured back-to-back league wins for the first time this season as goals from Mollie Jones and Erin Bater earned a 2-0 victory at home to Caldicot Town.
Jones produced a neat finish past Abi Footner to open the scoring just before the half hour mark, before Bater doubled the lead early in the second half by tucking away the rebound after seeing her initial effort saved.
The win took Bont up to nine points in the table, while a fourth straight defeat for Caldicot leaves them in seventh place – three points above bottom-of-the-table Llanelli.
