JD Cymru South leaders Cambrian United continued their perfect start to the season in dramatic style as Calum Bateman bagged an 86th-minute winner to defeat Llantwit Major 2-1 at the M&P Group 3G.
Winless Llantwit took a surprise lead in the 24th minute as new arrival Kofi Rowe marked his first start for the club with a goal, an advantage which the visitors held until the final 15 minutes of the contest.
Liam Eason netted his sixth goal in four league matches to equalise, before turning provider for Bateman to complete the turnaround with four minutes remaining.
Cardiff Draconians earned their first points in the JD Cymru South with a 2-1 win away at Pontypridd United, despite finishing the game with nine men.

Ponty held the advantage at half-time thanks to Jamie Veale’s ninth-minute penalty, but Dracs started the second half in lightning fashion as Myles Corson equalised within the first 60 seconds before Harry Treharne completed a rapid turnaround five minutes later.
Dracs duo Harri Edwards and Nathan Mathias were both sent off for second bookable offences in the final 10 minutes, but the visitors held on to get off the mark for the campaign.
Trethomas Bluebirds also got their first win of the season as they triumphed 3-2 over boss Paul Evans’ former side Afan Lido at the CCB Centre For Sporting Excellence.
Norton Ferreira, who also played under Evans at Lido, opened the scoring for the Bluebirds after just seven minutes, before Liam Griffiths equalised shortly after the half hour mark. Ferreira grabbed his second of the evening just before the hour only for Lido to level the contest again through Lewis Reed six minutes later.
The Bluebirds were reduced to 10 men soon after as Tom Hayes was shown a straight red card, but that did not stop Evans’ side grabbing the winner in the 84th minute through Alex Newman-Jones.

A blistering start to the second half earned Trefelin a 4-0 victory over struggling Cwmbran Celtic at Ynys Park.
The contest was goalless at the break, but Andy Hill’s side scored four goals in a remarkable nine-minute spell to take full control by the hour mark.
Roan Piper bagged twice, either side of Joseph Jones finding the net, before Jasper Jones completed the scoring to leave Celtic shell-shocked.
Carmarthen Town continued their strong start to the campaign with a 1-0 home win over Aberystwyth Town.
Both sides were unbeaten heading into the contest at the LHP Stadium, but Carmarthen found themselves down to 10 men after just 20 minutes as Morgan Weaver was shown a straight red card.
Nonetheless, Luke Cummings curled home a superb free-kick four minutes before half-time which proved enough to earn all three points for Mark Aizlewood’s side.

Ammanford also remain unbeaten and are up to third in the table following a 1-0 victory at home against Treowen Stars.
The contest was goalless for over an hour at the Recreation Ground, but the hosts eventually found the breakthrough with 76 minutes on the clock when debutant Owain Davies played through Adam John, who finished coolly for his second goal of the campaign.
The only draw of the night came at Newport Stadium, where Newport City and Ynyshir Albions played out a 1-1 stalemate.
The hosts took just three minutes to take the lead as Kayne Mclaggon set up Danny Hillman, and Sam Houldsworth’s side had multiple opportunities to extend their advantage only for Calum Salter to equalise for Ynyshir in the 76th minute.
The fixture between Caerau Ely and Baglan Dragons was abandoned at half-time due to floodlight failure at Cwrt yr Ala Road. The hosts were 1-0 up at the time thanks to Dan Griffiths’ 28th-minute goal.
