Gemma Border will lead the all-woman match officials team in the 2026 Genero Adran Trophy Final between Wrexham and Cardiff City.
Referee Border will be assisted by Laura Roberts and Katie Hannah, while Erin Brennan is Fourth Official.
A multiple league and cup winner as a goalkeeper with Swansea City, Border has transitioned to officiating in recent years, with this being her first season as a Genero Adran Premier Referee. The 41-year-old was also in charge of last season’s Genero Adran Leagues Promotion Play-Off between Pontypridd United and Connah’s Quay Nomads.
Roberts is one of only three women in the FAW’s group of FIFA-listed Assistant Referees, who regularly officiates UEFA fixtures on the continent. She also has officiated in both the JD Cymru Premier and Genero Adran Premier.
Hannah is an experienced campaigner in the Genero Adran Premier and JD Cymru North, with this being her first Genero Adran Trophy Final after being Assistant Referee in the 2023 and 2025 Bute Energy Welsh Cup Finals.
Like Border, Brennan is a former Genero Adran Premier goalkeeper – retiring two years ago following six seasons at Barry Town United. After being an Assistant Referee in the Genero Adran South last season, Brennan has been in the middle for multiple matches in that division this term while also carrying out Fourth Official duties in the top-flight. She was the Referee for the 2025 Bute Energy U16s Cup Final.
