What does an inclusive environment look like at a grassroots club? What actions should clubs take to develop meaningful change? How can a club support LGBT+ players being open about their gender identity and sexuality and feel confident being themselves whilst playing football? In this panel, as part of the Football V Homophobia Month of Action, some special guests answered these questions.
