As part of the Football Association of Wales’ PAWB EDI Strategy, we will host a range of forums within the heart of Ethnically Diverse Communities throughout Wales during 2025. This initiative aims to raise awareness of the diversity initiatives we have established to support increasing the number of people from Ethnically Diverse Communities in football and the career opportunities available at the FAW.
These engaging and inclusive events are designed to bring together individuals passionate about making football accessible and welcoming to all. The forums will feature discussions on current challenges, successes in promoting diversity, and practical actions we can take in schools, clubs, and communities to enhance inclusivity.
Participants will have the opportunity to brainstorm new ideas, collaborate with local groups, and plan future initiatives to provide further opportunities and celebrate diversity in football. Whether you’re a player, coach, referee, volunteer or community member, your input and enthusiasm are invaluable.
Don’t miss this chance to be part of an inspiring movement towards a more inclusive football culture!
