From the 25th October 2023, the Cymru Football Foundation’s Fit-For-Future Facilities Fund is open for grassroots football clubs, local authorities, and charitable organisations to apply for large grants to support projects that will benefit communities across Wales.
Since the CFF was launched in October 2022, over £8 million has been invested directly into outstanding facilities across the country to encourage more players to have better experiences and helping to improve the health and wellbeing of a nation.
The programme provides grants to successful applicants for a range of different criteria including, but not limited to:
· New or upgraded grass pitches
· New or upgrades to existing changing rooms or clubhouses
· Small-sided artificial pitches
· Contributions to full-size artificial pitches
Early applications are encouraged, and independent decision-making panels will take place during and following the application window that closes on 31st March 2024. Find more information at: faw.cymru/cff/funding/
