Club Licensing: FAW Tier 2 Appeals Body decisions

The FAW Men’s & Women’s Tier 2 Appeals Body met on 21 May 2024 to consider the appeals as a result of the First Instance Body decisions for Tier 2 Licensing Applications for the 2024/2025 season.

The Panel assessed appeals from the following clubs:

  • Holywell Town (Men’s)
  • Llay Miners Welfare (Men’s)
  • Pontarddulais Town (Women’s)

Holywell Town and Llay Miners Welfare were successful with their appeals and have been granted an FAW Men’s Tier 2 Club Licence for the 2024/2025 season.

Pontarddulais Town were unsuccessful with their appeal and have not been granted an FAW Women’s Tier 2 Club Licence for the 2024/2025 season.

As a result, this concludes the FAW Tier 2 Club Licensing cycle for participation in Tier 2 for both men’s and women’s competitions for the 2024/2025 season.

The First Instance Body and Appeals Body Panels extended its congratulations to those clubs successful in attaining the FAW Tier 2 Club Licence.
