FAW Council: Re-elections nominations confirmed

The nominations have been confirmed for the re-elections for the Council of the Football Association of Wales for the remainder of the quadrennial period ending 31 July 2027.

The re-election is required following several drawn elections last month.

The following candidates have been nominated for the elections:

CYMRU PREMIER (one (1) representative to be elected) 

The following three (3) candidates have been nominated: 

CRUMP, Ruth 

NUTTALL, Rebecca 

WILLIAMS, Ian 

CYMRU SOUTH (one (1) representative to be elected) 

The following two (2) candidates have been nominated: 

COLE, David 

JONES, Huw 

ADRAN SOUTH (one (1) representative to be elected)

The following one (1) candidate has been nominated:

LEWIS, Annaliese

Annaliese Lewis is automatically appointed to the Council without the requirement for an election.

ARDAL SOUTHERN LEAGUES (WW) (one (1) representative to be elected)

The following two (2) candidates have been nominated:

JAMES, Lee

REES, Alun

WEST WALES FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION (one (1) representative to be elected)

The following one (1) candidate has been nominated:

WALTERS, Thomas

Thomas Walters is automatically appointed to the council without the requirement for an election.

The voting paper from eligible clubs must be received by the FAW no later than 17:00 on Friday, 22 September.

The counting of votes will take place on Monday, 25 September.
