
The Appeals Body (AB) met today (10 April) to assess and consider the appeals submitted as a result of the First Instance Body decisions made for the UEFA & Tier 1 Women’s Club Licence on 27 March 2025.
The FAW received two appeals from Wrexham and Cascade YC who were refused their Tier 1 Women’s Club Licence. Both clubs were successful in their appeal and have been granted their Tier 1 Licence for the 2025/26 season.
As a result, this concludes the UEFA & Tier 1 Women’s Club Licensing cycle for participation in UEFA & Tier 1 Women’s competitions for the 2025/26 season.
