The draw has been made for the 2026/27 Bute Energy Welsh Cup Second Qualifying Round, split into Northern and Southern sections.
25 clubs progressed from the First Qualifying Round, while the seven highest-ranked Tier Two clubs join them in the Second Qualifying Round. The eight Genero Adran Premier clubs have received byes to Round Two.
Second Qualifying Round fixtures will be played on Sunday 18 October.
