Ceri Williams appointed to English FA Women’s Cup Final between Chelsea and Manchester United

FAW Match Official, Ceri Williams, has been appointed as Assistant Referee to The English FA Women’s Cup Final on 18 May at Wembley Stadium as Chelsea and Manchester United challenge for the silverware. 

Williams has amassed a wealth of domestic and international experience in both the men’s and women’s game. Her performances have been regularly rewarded with a series of high-profile appointments including fixtures in the UEFA Women’s Champions League, the English Football League and the English Women’s Super League

Williams has also officiated at the UEFA Women’s U19 Championship Final and made history by becoming the first woman to officiate at the JD Welsh Cup Final.

In 2024, Williams was an Assistant Referee at the FIFA Women’s U17 World Cup in the Dominican Republic.
