Rob Page has announced his squad of 25 players for Cymru’s upcoming international challenge match against Korea Republic (Thursday 7 September) and UEFA EURO 2024 qualifier away to Latvia in Riga (Monday 11 September).
Tom Lockyer returns to the squad after heart surgery, while Josh Sheehan returns to the squad for his first call-up since 2021. Tom King, Morgan Fox and Liam Cullen are the three uncapped players in the squad.
At the half way point of the UEFA EURO 2024 qualifying campaign, Cymru are currently sitting in fourth place, with four points. A Kieffer Moore header secured a 1-0 win for Rob Page’s side against Latvia when the sides met for the reverse encounter back in March. Meanwhile, Cymru have never faced Korea Republic for a men’s international fixture, a side that boasts Son Heung-min as their captain.
Tickets for the match against Korea Republic at the Cardiff City Stadium are available to purchase on the FAW ticketing website, with prices starting from £5 for juniors (16 and under).
