Cymru U17 squad announced for Syrenka Cup

Craig Knight has named his Cymru U17 squad for the 2023 Syrenka Cup.

Knight has selected 22 players in his squad for the tournament, which Cymru will begin against the hosts Poland on Sunday 20 August in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. They will then face Romania on Tuesday 22 August and Georgia two days later, with both fixtures taking place in Warsaw.

The tournament will aid Cymru’s preparations for the UEFA U17 EURO qualifying round, which will take place between 11-17 October. Cymru have been drawn in Group 12 alongside Belgium, Gibraltar and hosts Israel.
