As part of the continued partnership, Destination Sport Travel’s business travel department will also provide specialist support for individual player travel requirements, football departments and commercial staff.
Football Association of Wales Head of Business Development, Nick Davidson, said: “The Football Association of Wales is incredibly pleased to continue its partnership with Destination Sport Travel.
“Busy international calendars for our men’s and women’s teams at all levels result in logistical challenges to get our squads and staff across Europe for their matches. This partnership extension means these challenges are met with the specialist support from the team at Destination Sport Travel.”
Managing Director of Destination Sport Travel, Rob Slawson, added: “We’re delighted that the Football Association of Wales have put their continued trust in Destination Sport Travel as we agree an extension to our partnership.
“With busy international calendars across men’s and women’s senior teams, plus age grade teams and business travel across the wider organisation, FAW embark on a significant amount of travel.
“We’re acutely aware of the fine margins within professional support and would like to hope that our assistance in delivering a best-in-class travel provision makes a small difference to FAW’s efforts both on and off the field.
“Naturally we’d like to wish the best of luck to the FAW in their upcoming fixtures including Rob Page’s side for next week’s UEFA EURO 2024 play-off.”
