Draw made for UEFA EURO U19 finals in north Wales

The eight teams participating in the UEFA U19 EURO finals in north Wales this summer have discovered their group stage opponents following the draw in Wrexham University.

Chris Gunter’s Cymru will face Denmark, Germany and Spain in Group A, whilst Croatia, Serbia, Italy and Ukraine have been drawn in Group B.

The top two in each section progress to the semi-finals and the competition will also act as UEFA’s qualifier for the 2027 FIFA U20 World Cup in Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.

Matches will be taking place at the STōK Cae Ras in Wrexham, Bangor City Stadium, The Oval in Caernarfon and Central Park in Denbigh. All three of Cymru’s matches will be taking place at the Cae Ras, the oldest international football stadium in the world.

The fixture schedule and ticketing information will be released in due course.
