To celebrate Cymru’s historic participation in UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 and encourage participation in football, the FAW is donating footballs to schools across Wales in a free giveaway.
FAW Senior Participation and Partnerships Manager, Rebecca Osland, said: “Thanks to the support of the British Council and Welsh Government EURO 2025 Partner Support Fund, we have been able to gift footballs to schools across Cymru who have actively championed opportunities for girls in football. This initiative helps ensure the lasting legacy of our Cymru Women’s National Team, who are making history at their first major tournament, will inspire generations to come.”
