FAW Welsh Cup: First Qualifying Round draw

The draw has been made for the 2026/27 FAW Welsh Cup First Qualifying Round, split into Northern and Southern sections.

A record number of 284 clubs have entered this season’s competition. 232 clubs – from Tier 3 and below – enter in this First Qualifying Round, before the four highest ranked Tier 3 clubs join in the Second Qualifying Round. The 28 lowest ranked Tier 2 clubs will enter at Round One, while the four highest ranked Tier 2 clubs and the 16 Novira Cymru Premier clubs will enter at Round Two.

First Qualifying Round ties will be played across the weekend of 24-26 July.
