The Football Association of Wales (FAW) has today announced a new partnership with REFSIX, which will become the first ever official referee app partner of the FAW.
REFSIX is a desktop, mobile and smart watch app that helps referees time their games, record match incidents and assess performance via detailed statistics, GPS tracking and video analysis software.
The FAW and REFSIX will work together over the coming seasons to improve the experience of refereeing in Wales.
As a result of the partnership, all referees in Wales will benefit from exclusive REFSIX offers including free use of the app’s ‘Sin Bin’ timer feature throughout the 2023/2024 Season.
New referees will also have access to a three-month free trial of REFSIX PRO to help them assess their own performance and unlock their full potential.
CEO of REFSIX, Hassan Rajwani, said: “We are excited to be working with the Football Association of Wales to help referees across the whole country. With the national team reaching new heights on the world stage, we want to help Welsh referees do the same.”
“Referees are an essential part of our grassroots, elite, and international game. This exciting partnership with REFSIX will help our match officials enjoy refereeing and perform to the best of their ability.”
