The FAW can confirm the result of the recent by-elections to elect representatives for the Clubs of the Adran Premier and the Ardal Northern League (Central Wales) to the FAW Council for the quadrennial period ending on 31 July 2027.
The counting for the Adran Premier election took place on 12 September and was supervised by FAW President, Mr Mike Jones.
Adran Premier (Election of one Representative)
Eight clubs were eligible to vote and the result of the election was as follows:
- NUTTALL, Rebecca – 1 vote
- TURNER, Stephanie – 3 votes
Stephanie Turner was duly elected to the Council as the representative of the Adran Premier Member Clubs.
Ardal Northern League – Central Wales (Election of 1 Representative)
Following the deadline of 15 August for nominations, just one candidate had been nominated by Member Clubs:
- ROBERTS, Melfyn
In accordance with FAW Rules, Melfyn Roberts was automatically appointed to the Council as the representative of the Ardal Northern League (Central Wales).
