September’s fixtures for the Cymru MU17 and MU18 teams have been confirmed, with the MU17s travelling to Estonia and an exciting journey to Japan for the MU18s.
The MU17s will face Estonia in two matches on Wednesday 3 and Saturday 6 September (KO times TBC). The matches at the TNTK Stadium in Tallinn will mark the beginning of preparations for the 2025/2026 UEFA U17 EURO finals, where Cymru’s qualifying round will take place in November in a group with hosts Portugal, Slovenia and Liechtenstein.
The MU18s will take part in a mini tournament in Japan playing opposition from outside of Europe. The mini tournament begins with a match against the hosts on Saturday 11 September (KO 7am BST) at the Ijimino Park Stadium in Niigata and will then face Australia on Monday 13 September (KO 7am BST) at the Sun Sportsland Stadium in Niigata.
The MU18 mini tournament will then finish with an uncapped match against Niigata at the Denka Big Swan Stadium on Wednesday 15 September (KO 9:30am BST).
The squads for both teams will be announced in due course.
