Football nets

The FAW men’s & women’s Tier 2 Appeals Body met on 21 May 2025 to consider the appeals as a result of the First Instance Body decisions for Tier 2 Licensing Applications for the 2025/26 season.

The Panel assessed appeals from the following clubs:

  • Flint Mountain (Men’s)
  • Prestatyn Town (Men’s)
  • Cardiff Draconians (Men’s)
  • Clydach (Men’s)
  • Morriston Town (Men’s)
  • St Asaph City (Men’s)
  • Berriew (Women’s)
  • CPDM Bangor (Women’s)

Flint Mountain, Prestatyn Town, Cardiff Draconians, Morriston Town and St Asaph City were successful with their appeals and have been granted an FAW Men’s Tier 2 Club Licence for the 2025/2026 season.

Clydach were unsuccessful with their appeal and have not been granted an FAW Men’s Tier 2 Club Licence for the 2025/2026 season due to failing to meet all the mandatory personnel criteria.

Berriew and CPDM Bangor were successful with their appeals and have been granted an FAW Women’s Tier 2 Club Licence for the 2025/2026 season.

As a result, this concludes the FAW Tier 2 Club Licensing cycle for participation in Tier 2 for both men’s and women’s competitions for the 2025/2026 season.
