Cymru meet up for May training camp

29 players have been selected for a training camp in Cardiff and Spain as Craig Bellamy prepares for Cymru’s key 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Liechtenstein and Belgium next month.

The training camp will be an opportunity for Craig Bellamy and his coaching staff to view players that have been involved in the senior team, U21 and U19 squads across the 2024/25 season.

The training camp will begin at the FAW HQ in Cardiff (14-18 May) before the squad travel to Alicante Spain for warm weather training (19-23 May).

Cymru v Liechtenstein

Cardiff City Stadium, 6 June

Cymru will then reconvene for the June international window, where Bellamy’s side will face Liechtenstein at the Cardiff City Stadium (Friday 6 June) followed by a journey to Brussels to face the group’s top seeds, Belgium (Monday 9 June). The squad for the international window will be announced on Wednesday 28 May.
