Rob Page has announced his squad of 26 players for Cymru’s return to the Stōk Cae Ras in Wrexham against Gibraltar (Wednesday 11 October) and the UEFA EURO 2024 qualifier against Croatia at the Cardiff City Stadium (Sunday 15 October).
Charlie Savage and Owen Beck have received their first senior team call-ups, stepping up from the U21s, while Luke Harris and Dylan Levitt return to the squad after missing out last month. Aaron Ramsey, Brennan Johnson and Morgan Fox are unavailable due to injury, while Regan Poole receives his first senior team call-up since 2019.
The sell-out match against Gibraltar marks Cymru’s return to the world’s oldest international football stadium, having first hosted a Cymru international home match in 1877. Rob Page will then face a tough test against UEFA EURO 2024 qualifying round group leaders Croatia four days later. The two sides met in Cymru’s opening match of the qualifying campaign back in March, where a debut goal for Nathan Broadhead secured a valuable point out in a 1-1 draw out in Split.
With the Croatia game expected to be a sell-out, limited tickets for the match at the Cardiff City Stadium are available to purchase on the FAW ticketing website, with prices starting from £5 for juniors (16 and under).
