The independent Club Licensing Appeals Body met today (20 April) to consider the appeals as a result of the First Instance Body decisions on 6 April for participation in UEFA competitions and the JD Cymru Premier.
Appeals from the following clubs were considered:
- Haverfordwest County – refusal of the Tier 1 Club Licence
- Pontypridd United – refusal of the UEFA Club Licence
Haverfordwest County were successful with their appeal and have been granted a Tier 1 Club Licence for the 2023/24 season.
Pontypridd United were unsuccessful with their appeal for a UEFA Club Licence.
As a result, this concludes the UEFA & Tier 1 Club Licensing cycle for participation in Tier 1 and UEFA competitions for the 2023/24 season.
