Penclawdd captain Emily Jenkinson has been selected as the Player of the Round for the Bute Energy Welsh Cup First Qualifying Round.
Jenkinson played an instrumental part in her side’s 15-1 win away at Abertillery Belles as she scored six of her side’s goals and assisted a further two.
The 28-year-old opened the scoring inside three minutes and had a hat-trick by the 17-minute mark. She added three more goals in a 17-minute spell in the second half.
Penclawdd will host Bute Energy Welsh Cup holders Cardiff City in Round One on Sunday 20 October.
