Supporter Information: Liechtenstein v Cymru

Nearly 3,000 members of the Red Wall will travel to Vaduz to watch Cymru play in a 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Liechtenstein on Saturday 15 November. Below you will find some useful supporter information for fans making the trip for the final Wales Away of 2025.

The match will take place at the Rheinpark Stadion, which lies on the Rhein river on the border of Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Stadium gates will open to Cymru fans at 4:30pm local time. Food and beverages will be available in the stadium, with alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available. Cash, card and contactless payments will be available in the stadium.  

Cymru fans have been allocated 3 stands of the stadium; the North, South and West stands. Please ensure you arrive at the stadium early and at the entry gate specified on your ticket.

Flags will be permitted in line with UEFA safety guidelines, please ensure that your flag has a valid fire certificate. 

Vaduz is accessible via car or train, and many of the Red Wall will take supporter coaches to the match from Zurich and elsewhere. 

  • If you are travelling by car from Zurich, take the A3 as far as Sargans, then via motorway A13 as far as Vaduz. Exit at Vaduz and follow signs for Rheinpark Stadium. 

Individuals driving in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Austria require a valid vignette to travel on highways. Please ensure you have one before you travel

  • If you are travelling by train from Zurich you can purchase tickets on the SBB App, travel to Buchs (CH). From there you can find a bus to take you across the border to Vaduz and the Rheinpark Stadion.

There will be no storage options at the stadium, fans are advised to travel light or leave their baggage in a secure location. Only small bags will be permitted, with rucksacks and large bags prohibited from entry to the stadium. Please familiarise yourself with the full list of prohibited items can be found here.

Vaduz has a number of restaurants and cafes for Cymru fans to enjoy, find out more about what the city has to offer here. There will also be a fan zone with catering, drinks and seating between the stadium car park and the stadium opening at 2pm local time on match day. 

A partial ticket collection will be in place for this match. A random selection, as well as supporters who failed to collect away match tickets previously, will be required to collect their match ticket. 

All other tickets will be sent to lead bookers approx. 7 days before the match. It is highly recommended that supporters print their tickets before the match to ensure smooth entry to the stadium. 
Ticket collections will take place from the Residence Hotel, Vaduz on Friday 14 (12-2pm local time) and Saturday 15 November (12-4pm local time).
