The Slovakian FA have confirmed that the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 play-off semi-final first leg match between Slovakia and Cymru will take place at the National Training Centre in Poprad on Friday 25 October (KO time TBC).
After topping their League B group in the qualifying round Rhian Wilkinson’s side look to make history as they bid to reach their first major tournament.
Cymru will face Slovakia in a two-leg first round (semi-final) play-off and should Wilkinson’s side progress, they will then face the winners of Republic of Ireland and Georgia in a two-leg second round (final) play-off in the November/December international window. An explanation of the process is available here.
Tickets for the second leg match at the Cardiff City Stadium on Tuesday 29 October (KO 7:15pm) are available to purchase on the FAW ticketing website.
Ticketing information for the fixture in Poprad will be announced in due course.
