Cymru will travel to Dublin in February to take on the Republic of Ireland in an international challenge match.

Following Gemma Grainger’s departure last month, Cymru will be led by interim Head Coach Jon Grey while Ireland will be starting a new era under new Head Coach Eileen Gleeson, following their first FIFA Women’s World Cup appearance last summer.

Tickets for the match are on sale via the Football Association of Ireland and are accessible through this link. Block EASTK have been reserved for Cymru fans to purchase their tickets.

Travelling to Ireland

Dublin Airport is accessible via almost all airports in the UK, including Cardiff, Manchester, Liverpool and Bristol. Once you have arrived at Dublin Airport, the number 16 bus is available for travel into the city centre. The estimated time to the city centre can range from 20 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. 

Ireland is also accessible by ferry, with the Holyhead to Dublin and the Fishguard to Rosslare routes both viable options for travelling from Wales.

Travelling to the match

Tallaght Stadium is on the Red Luas (tram) line and takes around 40 minutes from Dublin city centre to arrive at Tallaght tram stop, which is the nearest stop to the stadium and around a five minute walk.
