Supporter Info: Cymru v Ukraine

Cymru welcome Ukraine to Parc y Scarlets on Friday 31 May for a Euro 2025 qualifying fixture. Rhian Wilkinson’s side have started their campaign strongly, overcoming Croatia and Kosovo in April, scoring 10 goals in the process.

Here’s some useful supporters information for those attending the match. 

DIGITAL TICKETS

If you’re going to the match, you’ll need to download and use the Cymru Tickets app to get in, unless you’ve specifically requested and paid to receive paper tickets.

The FAW are introducing the Cymru Tickets App for two key reasons:

  • To improve the matchday experience for fans 
  • To make our matches more sustainable

The unauthorised resale of tickets is a criminal offence. Measures will be taken against those who are found to have bought tickets and sold on. 

Those who have purchased tickets on the secondary market will be refused entry. 

Tickets can be used by friends or family members in line with the FAW’s terms and conditions of ticket sale, available at faw.cymru/tickets.

PRE-MATCH INFO & NEWS

Fans can access live reporting with news and updates in the Cymru Match Centre for the game. Meanwhile, match specific video content can be found on RedWall+ in addition to exclusive documentaries and features.

ARRIVE EARLY

Fans are advised to arrive early at Parc y Scarlets with their digital tickets downloaded prior to travel. 

Bags will be searched upon entry to the stadium so it’s advised to bring as little as possible with you.

FREE FOOTBALL IN THE BARN

Ahead of the game, there will be a pre-match turn-up and play football festival for children aged 5-16 years old.

We encourage fans to head down to Parc Y Scarlets early to make the most of this pre-match entertainment in the barn situated next to the stadium open from 17:00 until 18:45.

In addition to the mixed football sessions in the barn, there will be:

  • DJ
  • Food & drink available to purchase
  • Face painters
  • Match handouts

There will also be the opportunity to meet players from Adran Leagues club Swansea City.

CAR PARKING

Parking for supporters is situated in Car Park B at Parc y Scarlets. There are limited spaces and are bavailable on a first come first served basis only. 

The car park is situated next to the Sessile Oak and can be accessed from the roundabout.

The cost of parking is £5 and is cash only.

The car park will close at 6:15pm or as soon as the car park is full, whichever is the earliest.

FREE CYMRU HANDOUTS

There will be free Cymru handouts upon entry to the stadium and the Barn for supporters.

The Football Association of Wales welcomes everyone and we constantly strive to ensure that at our matches there is a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere where all fans can come to enjoy watching football in a safe, secure and welcoming environment and feel that they belong as part of the Red Wall. 

While promoting inclusion and diversity within the stadium, we applaud and encourage passionate support. However, we do not tolerate discrimination, abuse, foul and abusive language or anti-social and threatening behaviour.

If supporters experience any form of anti-social behaviour, abuse or discrimination inside the stadium please help us to eliminate it by reporting any discrimination or abuse by alerting it to your nearest steward.

AUDIO DESCRIPTION COMMENTARY SERVICE

The FAW offer an audio description commentary service at Parc y Scarlets for all Cymru International matches.   

The free to use service for blind and vision impaired spectators will be provided by Alan March Sport Ltd and will be available to fans with trained audio describers keeping up with play to the second to ensure listeners know exactly where the ball is and what is happening on the pitch.

To register your interest and book a receiver for the forthcoming matches, email PAWB@faw.co.uk

You will need to provide your name, phone number and ticket information (Stand, block, row and seat) and your receiver will be delivered by a steward prior to kick off.

It will be possible to request a receiver on the day by speaking to a steward at the stadium. Please note receivers are subject to availability. We advise users to bring their own headphones to ensure both comfort and hygiene.

SENSORY PACK

In addition to the stadium’s Sensory Room Experience, fans with sensory needs can apply for a free FAW Sensory Pack. The packs have been designed to help fans, particularly those with autism, who attend matches, to enhance the matchday experience, making it more comfortable and enjoyable. Each pack is presented in an official Cymru drawstring bag and contains a disability awareness lanyard, as well as branded noise-cancelling headphones, a football fidget spinner, a poppet sensory keyring, a Cymru football soft stress ball and an activity pack.

All sensory packs will need to be pre-booked and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

MULTI-FAITH PRAYER & MEDITATION ROOM

A Multi-Faith Prayer & Meditation Room is available to supporters who require a quiet space and is located in Box 1 of the main stand of the stadium.

Any supporters who would like to access the room can contact PAWB@faw.cymru or speak to your nearest steward on the night who will help to escort supporters to the room and assist them back to their seats.

PYROTECHNIC WARNING

There is no safe use of pyrotechnics in spectator areas at football events with their use having many health risks and dangers such as loss of sight, limb or digit removal due to their explosive power. 

Being in possession of a pyrotechnic device at a football match or attempting to bring such a device into a football stadium, is a criminal offence under the Sporting Events Act 1985. Any person committing such an offence faces an FA Wales ban, probable arrest and a minimum 3-year Football Banning Order.  

Additionally, should persons be identified using pyrotechnics in places of public assembly away from and en route to the stadium, they can be issued with section 34 notices and be instructed to leave the area with details passed to the FAW, Parc y Scarlets and the authorities. This may result in entry to the stadium being denied. 

ENTERTAINMENT

Fans are encouraged to arrive early at the stadium and enjoy the entertainment on offer.

NATIONAL ANTHEM

Fans are urged to make every attempt to be in their seats by 7:00pm to show the Wales squad support when they come out onto the pitch for their pre-match warm-up.

Make sure that you’re in your seat for Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau as the fans will sing it unaccompanied and it really shouldn’t be missed as The Red Wall create a wall of sound.
