‘Cymru Ink: The stories behind the tattoos’ is the latest series to be launched on the FAW’s streaming platform RedWall+.
The series offers a unique, insider opportunity for The Red Wall to learn more about their favourite Cymru players through the personal stories of their tattoos, with the hope of fostering a deeper connection between players and fans.
The series aims to showcase players talking about the significance of these tattoos and how they came to get the first piece of ink permanently etched on their skin.
Each episode shows how the tattoos relate to their life and footballing careers, with stories of success, determination and passion.
They also highlight the important moments playing for Cymru and their pride of representing their country at the highest level.
In the first four episodes, Cymru head coach Craig Bellamy, Brennan Johnson, Safia Middleton-Patel and Rachel Rowe sit down to share the stories behind their meaningful tattoos and the messages they convey.
