
Cymru have discovered their 2026 FIFA World Cup schedule should they qualify for next summer’s tournament in north America.
Craig Bellamy’s side will face hosts Canada in the first match of the tournament on Friday 12 June (KO 15:00 local, 20:00 BST) at the Toronto Stadium, in a match that will also involve an opening ceremony for the tournament.
Cymru’s second match will be against Switzerland, a side faced in the EURO 2020 finals in Baku. The match will take place at the Los Angeles Stadium on Thursday 18 June (KO 12:00 local, 20:00 BST).
The final group match will then take place on Wednesday 24 June (KO 12:00 local, 20:00 BST) at the Seattle Stadium against Qatar, the 2022 FIFA World Cup hosts Qatar.
To reach the FIFA World Cup, Cymru will play Bosnia & Herzegovina in the semi-final (Thursday 26 March) and will meet either Italy or Northern Ireland should they progress to the final (Tuesday 31 March).
The FIFA World Cup 2026, being hosted across Canada, Mexico and the USA, kicks off on Thursday 11 June at Mexico City Stadium with Mexico v South Africa. The final will take place on Sunday 19 July at New York New Jersey Stadium.
