Wrexham’s Abbie Iddenden has been selected as the Player of the Round for the Bute Energy Welsh Cup Semi-Finals.
The Red Dragons won 4-0 against Pontypridd United at Latham Park to book their spot in the final for the second consecutive season.
Iddenden was instrumental in the victory, scoring the first and fourth goals with a header from Carra Jones’ cross and a close-range tap in. She also registered an assist as she cut the ball back for Brooke Cairns to score.
Wrexham will now meet Cardiff City in the Bute Energy Welsh Cup Final at Rodney Parade on Sunday 27 April (KO 17:15).
